Maya Hotels is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping and laundry operations at the Charlotte property. You will ensure a clean, inviting environment and uphold brand standards while managing staff performance and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business-related certifications are preferred.
• Extensive housekeeping leadership experience is expected in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members; customer service oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and with hotel staff as a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the annual housekeeping budget and goals.
• Monitor expenditures, staffing, and supplies to control costs.
• Maintain stock levels and control cost-per-room metrics for housekeeping and laundry.
