Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the hotel’s housekeeping operations, including staff training, inter-department communications, and scheduling to uphold high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work with department heads and guests while ensuring OSHA/ADA compliance and mentoring a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience.
• Experience with hotel pre-opening projects preferred.
• Service oriented with professional presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee short and long-term planning of housekeeping operations.
• Develop and manage budgets and labor cost plans.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors for pricing, delivery and maintenance.
• Coach and mentor multilingual staff and ensure guest service excellence.
