Job summary

The Westin Jackson, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping Department and ensure pristine guest rooms and public spaces.

You will hire and supervise staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor cleanliness to meet the hotel's quality standards and guest expectations.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, inventory control, and scheduling across varied shifts, with Marriott brand experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' prior experience in a similar position at a hotel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to cleanliness and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Hire and lead the housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional service.
• Provide direction and assign tasks to housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Manage finances: budget, inventory, and cost controls.
