Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Riverwalk is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams. The role focuses on maintaining spotless guest rooms, public areas, and seasonal projects in coordination with Engineering and Front Office.

You will ensure adherence to OSHA/ADA and hotel safety policies while meeting Hyatt and Lexima standards. Strong leadership and English communication are essential for daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading housekeeping and laundry teams is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage shifts, training, and performance reviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high levels of cleanliness in guestrooms, public areas, and facilities.
• Lead and mentor housekeeping staff and laundry team; manage scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure all areas meet brand standards and safety policies.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and par levels for housekeeping supplies.
• Coordinate with engineering and front office to optimize room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Hold regular meetings and performance reviews with staff; enforce disciplinary guidelines.
