Job summary

Residence Inn Provo is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure clean, comfortable guest accommodations. You’ll oversee room and public areas, manage laundry and sanitation, and partner with leadership to uphold brand standards.

This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, cost control, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment; you’ll mentor staff, enforce safety and cleanliness protocols, and help grow the team across our Utah properties.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a supervisory role within housekeeping or a similar department.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and public areas, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive work environment and provide coaching for high performance.
• Establish systems and checklists; ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Deliver superior cleanliness and guest experience while monitoring costs and inventories.
