Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership: Ability to supervise, train, schedule, and manage housekeeping staff effectively.
• Quality Control: Knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards, room inspections, and quality assurance procedures.
• Budget Management: Experience monitoring payroll, labor costs, inventory, and departmental expenses.
• Organization: Ability to manage daily operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with the Front Desk, Engineering, and hotel management.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and hotel operating systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve guest complaints, address staffing challenges, and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk throughout the property, inspect guest rooms, and assist with housekeeping operations when necessary.
• Key Expectations: Maintain high cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and lead the housekeeping team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
