• Actively recruit and hire for all housekeeping positions.
• Oversee departmental staffing, training, and budgeting for effective planning and organization.
• Maintain communication with hotel department heads and the front desk regarding guest requests and room conditions.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces with safety and cleanliness standards.
