You will provide clear direction, assign duties, and monitor staff to align with hotel standards across rooms, restaurants, lounges, and meeting spaces.

You will manage budgets, inventory, and staffing, maintaining quality assurance and cost controls while scheduling a flexible mix of days, evenings, and weekends to fit personal needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in a similar hotel position.
• Experience managing a unionized workforce.
• Strong pride in service quality and room cleanliness; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct, assign, and instruct housekeeping and laundry staff; plan and monitor activities to meet quality standards.
• Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations, including budgets, inventory, and staffing decisions to optimize costs and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure consistent cleanliness and service levels across all areas.
