TownePlace Suites Urbandale is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department for extended-stay guests. You will oversee suites with kitchens, living areas, and workspaces, manage stayover schedules, and ensure Marriott brand standards across rooms and public spaces.

This role requires 2–3+ years of leadership in housekeeping, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years of housekeeping leadership experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of extended-stay housekeeping operations and service models.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead, train, and inspire the housekeeping team, including room attendants and laundry associates.
• Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of extended-stay suites with kitchens, living areas, and workspaces.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure Marriott brand compliance and service quality.
• Manage labor scheduling, supplies, linens, and inventory to control costs.
• Ensure safety with OSHA standards and safe chemical handling practices.
