TownePlace Suites Mooresville is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department, oversee laundry and public spaces, and ensure all areas meet health, safety and brand standards. You will train and mentor the team, coordinate with other hotel departments and maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• 2 years housekeeping or similar experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must speak fluent English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and coaching abilities.
• Flexibility to work 45+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach and mentor housekeeping team, set goals and accountability.
• Directly supervise public spaces, laundry and housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate cleaning of guestrooms, public areas and back of the house.
• Ensure health, safety and brand standards are met.
• Communicate housekeeping needs to other hotel departments.
• Prepare and manage weekly staffing schedules and workloads.
• Open/close rooms for maintenance and support engineers as needed.
