Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Kansas City is seeking an Executive Housekeeper supervisor to lead and coordinate all housekeeping and laundry staff. You will be responsible for inventory, guest supplies, scheduling, planning and assigning work, with opportunities to grow in hiring and training new staff.

You will work in a team environment to ensure a clean, comfortable stay for guests and a seamless operation for the hotel. The role emphasizes friendly, courteous service and efficient supervision.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong guest-service focus.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, management, and coworkers.
• Experience supervising housekeeping staff or team leadership.
• Willingness to hire and train new team members.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and planning for housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the housekeeping team, providing guidance and work assignments
• Provide support and fill in when necessary
• Hire and train new members of the team
• Deliver items to guest rooms as needed such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests

Qualifications:

• Highly organized.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds.
• Strong Guest Service skills
• Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers
