Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to supervise housekeeping and laundry teams, manage inventory, and maintain guest room supplies. You will plan schedules, assign tasks, and help hire and train staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team, providing guidance and work assignments
• Provide support and fill in when necessary
• Hire and train new members of the team
• Deliver items to guest rooms as needed such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests
