Job summary

ZMC Hotels in Independence, MO is seeking a friendly, courteous, and efficient supervisor to oversee all housekeeping and laundry staff. You will be responsible for inventory, guest supplies, scheduling, planning and assigning housekeeping work.

This role provides opportunities to gain experience in hiring, training, and interviewing potential candidates, while delivering high-quality service and ensuring a great hotel stay for guests.

Qualifications

• Highly organized.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.
