Job summary

Caesars Sportsbook & Casino in the United States is seeking a Sportsbook Supervisor to deliver excellent customer service to bettors in the sportsbook area. You will guide guests through wagering options, explain bet types, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage wagering operations, betting limits, and daily banking tasks in a fast-paced casino

Qualifications

• Sports enthusiasm and guest-facing service mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication.
• Ability to analyze basic financial information and explain wagering to guests.
• Experience in budgeting or departmental planning is a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain an MS gaming license.
• Education in finance/business is preferred; minimum high school diploma required.

• Accurately maintains bank.
• Verifies winning tickets.
• Handles and resolves customer concerns and questions.

• Maintains and updates betting boards or televisions for customers to view.
• Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to policies.
• Supervises wagering policies of the Race & Sportsbook; ensures compliance with rules.
• Oversees staff and coaches personnel in Sportsbook operations.
• Ensures betting limits are followed and responsiveness to regulatory actions.
• Practices AML and Title 31 procedures; tracks compliance.
• Ensures facilities and equipment are available and functioning.

• Assures facilities and equipment are available and functioning properly.
• Resolve any disputes by following posted house rules and working with local regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• College education with Financial or Business background preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must be able sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items.
• Must be able to walk and be on feet for long periods of time.
• Must possess a sense of urgency and keep pace with peak levels of business and customer demands.
• Must be able to work in stressful situations with constant public contact and frequent interruptions.
• Must possess basic math skills. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues in a loud, fast paced environment. Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke.
• Must be able to work any day, any shift.
