Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte LLP is hiring a Guest Experience & Hospitality Coordinator to deliver seamless, high-touch service for internal and external clients. You will manage hospitality requests, coordinate meetings, catering, AV, and travel needs while upholding firm policies and ensuring a superb workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client service skills in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests per firm standards; escalate to security or supervisor as needed.
• Schedule conference rooms and coordinate catering, A/V, and security services.
• Review local office meeting schedule and prepare for upcoming meetings.
• Place catering orders and oversee deliveries for accuracy and timely receipt.
• Prepare and maintain conference rooms, managing food deliveries and cleanup after meetings.
• Process catering invoices using Chrome River with correct attorney and client numbers.
