Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare management experience, 5+ years in Home Care leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Home Care Medicare Conditions of Participation and JCAHO standards.
• State of Ohio RN or Therapy license (RN/PT/OT/ST) required.
• Current BLS through AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Cleveland Clinic Home Care.
• Oversee operations, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and financial performance.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets and monitor financials.
• Foster a positive work environment focused on caregiver development and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Center for Connected Care leaders to advance strategic initiatives.
