Qualifications

• Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare operations, with preference for multi-site or system-level oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for 24/7 clinical service delivery and operations across communities.
• Develop, implement, and enforce system-wide policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, licensing and accreditation requirements.
• Partner with leaders to establish nurse staffing models and workforce strategies.
• Oversee budget development and track financial performance to meet goals.
• Lead recruitment, development and retention of leadership staff across service lines.
• Drive QAPI and Safety Committee initiatives and compliance.
