• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years leading operations.
• At least 3 years managing P&L including budget development.
• At least 5 years directly managing people in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of multiple Care Management Centers with emphasis on safe, efficient patient care and compliance.
• Drive market development in collaboration with Sales and execute market-based strategies.
• Manage supply chain/inventory, controllable expenses and patient onboarding to improve financial performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop a cohesive, service-oriented team across sites.
