Job summary

Orlando Health Physician Associates–Executive Health Program in Orlando, FL, seeks an Executive Healthcare Liaison to coordinate premium care for executive patients and VIP clients. Qualifications

• Preferred fields of study include healthcare, business, communications, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4 years of related experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience in hospital systems, private practice networks, or academic medical centers.
• Knowledge of EMR/HER systems and healthcare operational workflows.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for executive patients, VIP clients, and referring providers to coordinate high‑quality care experiences.
• Coordinate with physicians, clinical teams, and staff to ensure timely access to care and resolve complex issues.
• Represent executive leadership to reinforce values, improve service delivery, and support communication efforts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance patient experience for high‑profile populations.
• Participate in business development, strategic planning, and community engagement.
• Monitor service metrics, patient feedback, and trends to inform improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing/communications for outreach and community presence.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance across interactions.
