You will coordinate interviews, support the offer process and partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and HR to deliver a seamless, inclusive recruiting journey across Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta. The role emphasizes organizational excellence, collaboration, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Champion Gap Inc.’s culture and employer brand to attract diverse talent.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for multi-stage and onsite interviews.
• Deliver a consistent, inclusive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Partner with recruiters and TA leaders on priorities and initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities and keep teams moving in a fast-paced setting.
• Own pre- and post-employment processes, including background checks and relocations.
• Maintain confidential candidate data in Workday and improve scheduling processes.
