MAK Holdings, LLC is seeking a General Manager – Property Restoration & Construction to lead a diverse service platform in Nashville, TN. This executive role requires ownership of operations across restoration, construction, and environmental services, shaping culture and scaling profitability.

You will drive full P&L accountability, implement robust systems, and mentor a broad leadership team, while expanding high-value commercial relationships and ensuring top-quality delivery in both

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing full P&L for a multi-department or multi-unit platform.
• Proven track record with $15M–$50M annual revenue.
• Direct experience leading 30–100+ employees.
• Deep operational expertise in restoration, construction, home services, or trades.
• Executive experience at large platforms (SERVPRO, BELFOR, ServiceMaster, BluSky).
• Experience implementing management systems, SOPs and financial scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability and drive revenue growth and margins.
• Translate strategic vision into daily operations across all service divisions.
• Implement robust operating systems, SOPs and performance scorecards.
• Mentor and coach department managers to build leadership depth.
• Standardize job costing, WIP tracking and estimating practices.
• Optimize field resource utilization for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive customer retention and expand high-value commercial relationships.
