Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop staff and build capable teams.
• Experience recruiting and interviewing candidates to fill key roles.
• Experience creating and managing unit budgets and profitability targets.
• Track record of driving sales through customer service and operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead staffing, training and development to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee recruiting, budgeting and marketing plans to meet sales goals.
• Ensure store operations are clean, safe, and energy efficient across shifts.
• Communicate with Area Managers and leadership to address issues and opportunities.
• Prepare reports and present recommendations to upper management.
