Whataburger Of Mesquite, Inc. is seeking a Manager to partner with the General Manager, guiding the team to meet health, safety, budgeting, marketing and sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Manager will engage in recruiting, development, training, and retention of team members, ensure a clean, safe, and energy-efficient operation, and participate in a skills development program with required certifications.

Qualifications

• Directs and motivates front-line teams to achieve health, safety, and sales goals.
• Manages rosters, training, and performance to maintain service standards.
• Drives customer satisfaction through effective leadership and communication.

Responsabilités

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Schedules training as directed by the unit’s staffing plan.
• Maintains professional relationships with Team Members and fairness.
• Prepares and presents ideas and recommendations to Team Members and upper management.
• Manages payroll and records, and ensures proper timekeeping.
