Whataburger Of Mesquite, Inc. is seeking a Manager to partner with the General Manager, lead the team, and drive health, safety, budgeting, marketing, and sales goals in the assigned unit. You will recruit, train, coach, and retain quality Team Members while ensuring a clean, safe, and customer-ready restaurant at all times.

The role includes participating in a skills development program and achieving certifications relevant to the position as part of career growth within the Whataburger family.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Communication: schedules training, maintains professional relationships, communicates policy violations, presents ideas to team and management.
• People: develops team members, conducts skill assessments, mentors trainers, recognizes top performers.
• System: uses sales plan to set customer service goals, maintains payroll and records, ensures safety and proper uniforms, manages equipment and stock controls.
• Customer: builds community relationships, greets customers, ensures a clean, organized dining environment.
• Finance: protects assets, controls labor and cash handling, analyzes sales and labor performance, supports GOP targets.
• Physical Requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand entire shift, read orders, handle exposure to food products and cleaning solutions.
