• Develops a strong staff to satisfy the sales, production, service and supervisory needs of the unit.
• Recruiting, budgeting, marketing and sales goals are obtained throughout the unit.
• Ensures a clean, safe, and energy efficient operation during each shift.
• Makes decisions regarding recruitment, development and performance of staff.
• Communicates needs and issues to Area Manager and follows up on actions.
• Maintains professional relationships with team members and management.
