Whataburger Of Mesquite, Inc. is seeking a Manager to partner with the General Manager, inspire the team, and ensure health, safety, budgeting, marketing, and sales goals are achieved in the unit.

You will set customer service targets from the sales/marketing plan to drive traffic and support recruitment, development, training, and retention of quality Team Members. This role includes leadership, operations, and people management responsibilities, with participation in a skills development

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop team members within a fast-paced food service environment.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience with payroll, training records, and shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to meet health, safety, and service standards.
• Schedule and conduct training per staffing plans and ensure proper coaching.
• Maintain professional relationships and fairness with Team Members; address issues promptly.
• Oversee payroll records, timekeeping, and shift reporting; enforce policy and safety procedures.
• Participate in a skills development program and achieve certifications for the position.
