Job summary

Los Lagos Golf Course in Edinburg, Texas, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the club's day-to-day operations and strategic direction, ensuring a premier member and guest experience while driving financial performance.

The GM will oversee budgeting, planning, and KPI tracking, supervise department heads, and coordinate with leadership on marketing, events, and community engagement. PGA/LPGA Class A credentials or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for all club operations.
• Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets and KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and long-term planning of facilities and assets.
• Collaborate with department leaders to drive operational excellence across golf, F&B, agronomy, and events.
• Partner with leadership on marketing, membership, and community engagement initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, service-focused culture and maintain relationships with members and guests.
