Job summary

Fiorilli Construction in Richfield, Ohio seeks a General Superintendent to lead field operations across commercial projects and proactively forecast milestones. You will coordinate field teams and trade partners, owning risk, safety, and performance in a technology-forward environment.

This executive-level role emphasizes accountability for manpower, schedule execution, field systems, spend, and safety, aligning with Fiorilli's Building Together culture and transparent operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive professional commercial construction experience with superintendent or senior field-leadership responsibility.
• Ability to lead superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors while maintaining schedule, quality, safety, and accountability.
• Strong manpower planning, scheduling, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and field cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of safety/compliance documentation, adverse-work authorization, incident reporting, and field risk escalation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management with clients, trade partners, PMs, and field leaders.
• Digital fluency; comfort with Jonas Premier and Fieldwire is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations, forecast and coordinate manpower, develop Superintendents, and promote safety-focused culture.
• Own field startup readiness and drive project schedules; track next milestones weekly and address constraints.
• Drive adoption of Jonas Premier and Fieldwire with reporting, meeting minutes, photos, and weekly tours.
• Control field costs; review invoices/expenses and stop idle spend before erosion of the job.
• Lead field risk resolution across safety, incidents, insurance claims, and compliance.
