Job summary

Fiorilli Construction, Inc. in Richfield, OH seeks a full-time Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to supervise multiple project sites and drive results.

You will manage field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with high-quality standards. Travel is a core aspect of the role; you will travel to various job sites, uphold strict safety practices, and provide regular reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in large-scale commercial construction
• Strong accountability and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors on multiple projects
• Maintain and update construction schedules, order materials, schedule inspections
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and ensure safety practices are followed
• Coordinate punch list, closeout processes, and ensure contract/insurance requirements
• Lead with integrity and drive project results through teamwork
