Fiorilli Construction, Inc. seeks an Executive General Superintendent to forecast field execution, lead strong teams, and own project delivery. This strategic role emphasizes proactive leadership, visibility, and a culture of accountability across multiple job sites in the Midwest.

You will direct manpower, milestones, field systems, spend, safety, and risk, leveraging a technology-forward approach with Jonas Premier and Fieldwire to improve execution and transparency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with senior field leadership.
• Proven ability to lead Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors and vendors.
• Strong manpower planning, scheduling, problem-solving, and cost-control skills.
• Experience with safety/compliance documentation and risk escalation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management with clients and trade partners.
• Comfort with construction field systems; Jonas Premier & Fieldwire experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations and forecast manpower needs.
• Own field milestones, drive start‑up readiness and schedule adherence.
• Promote 90% field‑utilization of Jonas Premier and Fieldwire with proper documentation.
• Control field costs; manage invoices and avoid idle spend.
• Lead risk resolution across safety, incidents and compliance.
