Job summary

You will support project execution, oversight of quality workmanship, and coordination across multiple commercial projects, leveraging your carpentry, framing, and detailing expertise to ensure on-time delivery. You will read blueprints, estimate materials and costs, mentor skilled trades, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvement while representing the Fiorilli

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, remodeling, or related trade work.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution and quality control across multiple commercial projects.
• Lead trades and coordinate activities to ensure safety and workmanship.
• Interpret plans to determine material requirements and cost estimates; prepare materials.
• Provide backup supervision to Superintendents and drive issue resolution.
• Support punch lists and warranty work while upholding company safety standards.
