Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor, operated by Wynn Resorts, seeks an experienced restaurant leader to drive operations, people development, and guest satisfaction. You will manage long- and short-term goals, policies, and procedures while ensuring cost controls and regulatory compliance across the property.

A Bachelor’s in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is preferred, with 5+ years in full-service dining.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-service restaurant experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with POS and purchasing software.
• Experience planning and managing projects and budgets.
• Fluency in English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, goals, policies, and procedures.
• Lead team performance, staff development, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and legal requirements.
• Manage cost controls, inventory, and purchasing.
• Coordinate cross-property communication and VIP service.
• Prepare financial, marketing, and sales projections and analyses.
