Job summary

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead Colletta, our award-winning Italian restaurant. You will join the resort's Food & Beverage leadership team, partnering with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and hotel leadership to shape the guest experience and drive results.

You’ll lead a talented team, influence the direction of a growing dining operation, and help define exceptional hospitality at a premier Colorado mountain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in upscale, luxury, or high-volume restaurants.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor and cost controls, leading teams, and driving results.
• Hotel Food & Beverage leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and operational standards for Colletta, creating an environment where exceptional service and hospitality are the expectation.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members while building accountability and a strong culture.
• Partner with culinary and resort leadership to deliver consistent excellence in food quality, service, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Stay connected to the guest experience, using feedback and performance data to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
• Own financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor management, inventory, cost controls, and key metrics.
• Build partnerships across the resort and collaborate on events, marketing initiatives, and F&B priorities.
