Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas seeks a General Manager for Pisces, responsible for upholding Wynn fine dining standards and guiding outlet leadership. You will oversee operations, budgets, staffing, and guest satisfaction to deliver a premier dining experience.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong P&L acumen, and a proven track record in luxury venues. Experience with CBA labor relations and Medallia guest feedback is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a General Manager role within luxury fine dining or high-volume settings.
• Excellent knowledge of Mediterranean seafood, beverages, and P&L reporting.
• Ability to obtain health and alcohol-licensing as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Wynn fine dining standards and provide strategic direction to outlet leadership.
• Lead weekly operations meetings and manage labor relations under the CBA.
• Monitor budgets, COGS, staffing, and menu profitability to meet financial targets.
• Pilot service training and guest experience initiatives to exceed expectations.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and professional development across management.
• Engage guests, address feedback, and ensure top-tier hospitality.
