Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a General Manager to maintain the account in line with the approved budget and client expectations. You will lead a diverse team of professionals, promote growth, and foster cross-department collaboration across corporate cafes and executive dining rooms.

You will oversee financials, menus in collaboration with chefs, and ensure HACCP compliance while delivering high-quality service. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 8–10 years upscale food service experience, with at least 6 years in management.
• Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning.
• Proven track record achieving goals in compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participates in employee meetings, reviews and training programs.
• Manages in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manages financials including P&L, budgets and cash handling.
• Plans menus in consultation with chefs and ensures HACCP controls.
• Establishes rapport with staff, client and guests; integrates dining with facility operations.
