Job summary

Eurest is seeking a General Manager in Everett, WA to lead the account, balance the approved budget, and meet client expectations. You will maintain relationships with staff, guests, and the client while promoting team growth and cross-department collaboration.

The role emphasizes financial acumen, menu planning with chefs, HACCP compliance, and strong leadership to deliver high-quality service in a corporate dining environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 8–10 years upscale food service experience, including 6 years in management.
• Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain account per budget while meeting client expectations.
• Promote growth and development of the entire team.
• Foster strong interdepartmental relations and integrate dining with facility plan.
• Participate in staff meetings, reviews and training programs.
• Manage financials including reporting with P&L, budgets and cash handling.
• Plan menus in consultation with chefs.
• Ensure HACCP controls and proper food storage.
