Job summary

Entek HVAC, part of Midway Mechanical Services, seeks an accomplished General Manager to lead its Vancouver, WA commercial HVAC operations. You will own the P&L, shape strategy, and drive growth across service, maintenance, and construction while nurturing customer relationships.

Lead a high-performing team, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and advance energy-efficient building solutions in the Portland–Vancouver region. A strong leadership track record in HVAC is essential.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience at GM/VP/Operations level in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting.
• Proven track record managing full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and growth.
• Strong understanding of service, maintenance, retrofit, and design-build delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and prioritize initiatives for profitable growth across all departments.
• Own full P&L, budgeting, pricing strategy, and operational planning.
• Develop market growth strategies for Portland–Vancouver metro area and expand service offerings.
