Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership: Provide overall leadership for the business; establish strategic priorities and drive long-term profitable growth.
• Full P&L Ownership: Lead financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and planning while delivering revenue growth and strong margins.
• Market Growth Strategy: Develop and execute initiatives to expand service, maintenance, retrofit, design-build, and electrical work throughout Portland-Vancouver.
• Operations Leadership: Oversee service, construction, project management, dispatch, and field teams to ensure execution and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first culture focused on responsiveness and quality workmanship.
• Team Development: Recruit and develop leaders, foster accountability and collaboration.
