Job summary

Beyond BookSmart is seeking an Executive Function Coach to provide 1:1 virtual coaching to 8+ clients weekly, leveraging Google Workspace and online platforms. A Master’s in Education or related field (or equivalent) is preferred, with 3+ years in education, coaching, or related roles and US work authorization.

Coaches earn $40/hour for online sessions (45–60 minutes) with potential higher pay after one year, plus paid training at $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 virtual coaching to 8+ clients per week using online tools.
• Build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• 3+ years working with students, professionals, or adults in education, coaching, or related areas.
• Master's in Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, online learning platforms, web conferencing, and AI tools for client support.

Responsibilities
