Job summary

The Monarch School and Institute seeks an Executive Function Coach to join the interdisciplinary team. The role focuses on delivering therapeutic educational supports aligned with the Monarch Integrated Methodology, supervised by the Program Director, and integrated within the day school faculty.

Responsibilities include leading treatment plans, coaching students and staff, and coordinating with Parents and outside professionals while maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to instruct and work with students/adults and manage their behavior.
• Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with colleagues and students.
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple roles and demands throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Lead the treatment team in developing a treatment plan aligned with the Monarch Levels System.
• Provide direct services and coaching to students and teachers to implement the 4 Core Goals.
• Collaborate with Therapy Services and parents to support student progress.
• Monitor student progress and maintain timely documentation of coaching and notes.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed with required Safety-Care training and crisis response.
