CJ Foodville USA Inc. is seeking a Business Planning Manager in Buena Park, CA. This role leads enterprise-wide financial planning, strategic initiatives, and executive decision support, partnering with executive leadership and Korea Headquarters to drive performance and long-term growth.

The successful candidate will independently drive cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver high-quality strategic reports and presentations for C-suite decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 7–10+ years of FP&A, finance, consulting, or strategic planning experience.
• Experience preparing executive-level strategy reports and presentation materials for CEOs/C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Own monthly close analysis and provide variance insights with drivers.
• Build financial models for revenue, cost, and profitability scenarios.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and standardized reporting frameworks.
• Translate operational initiatives into financial impact with senior leaders.
• Identify risks/opportunities and recommend actions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.
• Prepare executive presentations and board materials.
