Job summary

Conexus Food Solutions, based in Chicago, seeks an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting across corporate, distribution, and production sites. You will consolidate reporting, build financial models, and provide strategic insights to the leadership team.

Reporting to the Global CFO, you’ll mentor one direct report, shape the FP&A function, and collaborate with management to drive performance and strengthen internal controls in a fast-paced, multinational food service business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or related data analytics field.
• 5+ years of financial planning and business analysis experience.
• Experience leading budgets and forecasted financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of annual budget, monthly forecast, and business reviews.
• Cost accounting background is highly preferred.
• Data modeling and BI dashboard experience.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated management reporting and analysis.
• Manage planning process and build financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and driving performance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs across the consolidated and individual entities.
• Provide accurate and timely financial recommendations for ROI, scenarios, and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Coach leaders on data-driven decision making.
• Assist in optimizing cost centers and GL accounts for reporting.
• Coordinate internal audits across operating companies.
