CJ Schwan’s is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. You will partner with business units to deliver insights on profits, cash flow and performance, while guiding GAAP-compliant processes and managing a FP&A team.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and development of reporting tools to drive operational efficiency and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A, budgeting and reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, SQL and BEx.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support to business units through planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Consolidate results and ensure timelines for budgets/forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and decisions.
• Interpret GAAP and conduct expense analysis.
• Develop reporting tools to improve performance insights.
