Job summary

CJ Foodville USA is seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, strategic initiatives, and executive decision support. This role partners with executive leadership and Korea Headquarters to drive growth and corporate strategy.

The successful candidate will independently lead cross-functional initiatives, develop executive-level business cases, and deliver high‑quality strategic reports for CEOs, CFOs, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business required.
• MBA or CPA preferred for advanced roles.
• 7–10+ years in FP&A, finance, consulting, corporate planning or strategic planning.
• Experience preparing executive-level strategy reports and presentation materials.
• Experience leading corporate planning and FP&A initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Own monthly close analysis and provide variance insights with drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, cost, and profitability scenarios.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and standardized reporting frameworks.
• Translate operational initiatives into financial impact with business cases.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and decision-support materials.
• Mentor and review junior analysts’ work and lead cross-functional projects.
