Job summary

CJ Bio America is seeking a Manager of Finance & Accounting to oversee accounting records, financial statements, and internal controls. The role partners with HQ in Korea to ensure timely reporting and supports senior management with financial analysis and ad-hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will have advanced degrees (Doctorate/Master/Bachelor with related experience), strong Korean-English bilingual skills, and experience in manufacturing accounting, SAP, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree is required.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of directly related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of directly related work experience; bilingual in Korean and English required; manufacturing accounting knowledge preferred; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting records and financial statements to ensure accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Lead process improvements and standard work within the Finance/Accounting department.
• Coordinate with HQ in Korea for timely financial reporting to HQ and stakeholders.
• Provide critical financial analysis to support senior management decisions.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and special projects for senior management.
• Forecast cash flows and manage treasury in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable laws and K-SOX.
