Job summary

Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager (Corporate Planning) to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

The role requires strong English and Korean communication, US GAAP literacy, and collaboration with Korean HQ and US stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and aligned business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance experience.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and financial accounting principles.
• Proven partnering with business leaders to analyze performance and guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting across business units.
• Develop consolidated financial outlooks and forecasts with assumptions and performance data.
• Partner with leaders to set targets, identify risks and opportunities, and drive objectives.
• Monitor budget execution and coordinate approvals for variances or overruns.
• Prepare and analyze management P&L by unit/project (Budget vs Actual, Forecast vs Actual).
• Identify drivers/trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Develop and monitor KPIs including revenue, profitability, backlog, cash flow, and working capital.
• Support data-driven decisions and collaborate with Accounting, Ops, and HQ reporting.
