Phoenix Children's is seeking a VP, Finance to serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership. The role leads financial planning and analysis, decision support, treasury planning, and enterprise performance management to support long-term financial sustainability.

The position oversees budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and strategic decision support, while coordinating debt financing, investment oversight, and executive reporting for the hospital system.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.
