Job summary

The USCC FP&A Head partners with the USCC CFO and the Global Head of FP&A to lead the delivery of strategic financial forecasting, insights and analytics to internal and external stakeholders, including the Board, EMT, and regulators. This executive-level role reports into the Global Head of FP&A and is a key member of the FP&A and CFO leadership teams, central to driving informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Thought Leadership and Strategic Business Partnering with USCC CFO teams and stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial data into clear analytics and narratives for QBRs, Earnings, and senior leadership.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team to enable end-to-end planning and governance.
• Drive Finance Transformation initiatives to realize benefits and optimize processes.
• Design advanced analytics and dashboards to support informed reviews and outcomes.
