Qualifications

• 15+ years FP&A experience in large, complex financial institutions.
• Leadership and relationship-building with executive-level partners.
• Experience leading finance transformation, automation, and systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for USCC CFO teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and decison-support to key stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into clear analytics and narratives for QBRs, earnings calls, and governance.
• Lead end-to-end planning, forecasting, and governance processes across FP&A.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and adoption of new tools and processes.
