Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with at least two years in resettlement or nonprofit program management.
• Experience with grant management, monitoring, data review, reporting, and training preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and computer skills; able to produce clear reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal Field Office Director with program planning and implementation.
• Coordinate across programs to ensure consistent processes and timelines.
• Provide technical assistance and training to staff on requirements and compliance.
• Monitor program data, deadlines, and documentation for grant reporting.
• Assist with grant proposals, continuation applications, and funding activities.
• Support budget and financial tracking with Finance.
